Laura Allen

Laura Allen (born March 21, 1974) is an American actress. She is best known for her roles on the ABC Daytime soap opera ''All My Children'' (as Laura Kirk-English, 2000 to 2002) and the USA Network television series ''The 4400'' (as Lily Tyler, 2004 to 2005, 2007).
