Abstract: This article explores the internal conflicts within the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire and the broader Libertarian Party in the United States. The party has experienced infighting between different factions, resulting in breakaway groups, leaked chatrooms, and disputes over party assets. The article delves into historical debates within the party regarding its purpose and the tensions between pragmatists and more radical members. The rise of Donald Trump has further deepened these divisions, with some members embracing right-wing ideologies. The article also discusses the emergence of the Mises Caucus, which aims to bring libertarianism back to its roots and has attracted former supporters of Ron Paul. While the Mises Caucus disavows the alt-right and promotes libertarian principles, it shares some common influences with the alt-right. The article also highlights internal divisions and controversies within the party, including disagreements over messaging, candidates, and the party's future direction. [Extracted from the article]
