| Abstract: | National Party leader Simon Bridges says there's little chance New Zealander Of The Year Lance O'Sullivan would run as a candidate for the party after a meeting last week. Asked if O'Sullivan didn't think the National Party was the right fit for him, Bridges said: "My sense is that's right." O'Sullivan has been open about approaching a number of political parties ahead of the 2020 election and has had serious talks with the Opportunities Party (Top) founder Gareth Morgan. |
