Abstract: Although many emerging forms of colleges and universities in the Bay Area are still not valued by the government or traditional universities, they have become complementary to the running of public universities. The key is to reflect the different characteristics of different regions in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with a different development of each region and its colleges and universities. Comparing the future development of universities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in China may also see three systems rather than integrating universities and colleges located in one district.
