Abstract: The article focuses on the sales of non-fiction/children's books as of August 6, 2005 in Great Britain. Non-fiction bestsellers are coming from unusual sources this summer. Julian Baggini's "The Pig That Wants to Be Eaten: And Ninety-Nine Other Thought Experiments," published by Granta, described by the New Statesman as "The Sudoku of Moral Philosophy " has sold more than 1,500 copies in its first two weeks in the shops. Gillian McKeith's two "You Are What You Eat" books continue to attract people in droves. The OUP'S Oxford Mini School Dictionary is back in the list, while just outside the top 20, and the seventh most popular hardback children's book of the week, lies G.P. Taylor's latest fantasy novel Tersias.
