| Abstract: | The article discusses the sale of sports books in Great Britain during 2007 and forecasts sales for 2008. Particular focus is given to memoirs written by well-known sports figures. Sales of the books "Manchester's Finest," by David Hall, "Provided You Don't Kiss Me," by Duncan Hamilton, and "My Manchester United Years," by Sir Bobby Charlton are discussed. Charts of the top 20 hardback and paperback sports books for January through May 3, 2008 are also presented. |
