Nielsen BookScan data revealed that 1.752 billion British pound was spent on books. For 2009, authors Stephenie Meyer and Dan Brown accounted for 44.2 million British pound of the total book sales in the country. Charts that list the top books in terms of sales in the country are also presented. |
