| Abstract: | This article reports on some of the interesting programs from new-media networks that can be viewed on Web-enabled television. The article notes that although network television will offer its usual fare, Web-based new-media networks will present several imaginative shows produced by Funny or Die, Inc. and programs with actress Felicia Day, which are called must-see programs. The article presents information about how Funny or Die was started by actor Will Ferrell and others and relies on producing comedy shorts that are seen by as many as 10 million viewers. Other programs mentioned include "Drunk History" with Will Ferrell, and actors Jack Black and Don Cheadle, and actor Zach Galifianakis's "Between Two Ferns." |
