| Abstract: | The article presents court decision notices from the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand for several members. It says that a member represented by counsel Lyn Maree Carey was found guilty of breaching the Institute's Code of Ethics. It adds that a member represented by Alexander John Coull was found guilty of adjudicated bankrupt. Moreover, a member represented by Helen Elizabeth Walker was found guilty of failing to respond promptly to the Institute. |
