It reports on the 11 percent decline in the value of the "Atlases, Maps and Travel" category of the Nieslen BookScan Total Consumer Market (TCM) in 2010. It reveals that the sector's performance during the period has been poorer than the overall market and non-fiction as a whole. Top travel publishers include Penguin, Lonely Planet, and Ordnance Survey. |
