Abstract: | The article describes the efforts of the author to enlist faculty in the book-ordering process, along with the approach as well as the results. Topics include the stringent requirements for the research expectations of the faculty at University of South Dakota (USD), examination of the faculty-initiated book ordering, for both hard-copy and online formats in the five departments which the author supports, and modeling his liaison work in a similar way to that of account executives. |
