| Abstract (English): | The study aimed to identify the level of critical thinking skills, self-disclosure and marital harmony among newly married women in Abha; differences in these variables due to women’s education; and the possibility of predicting marital harmony through the same variables. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and three scales were applied to a sample of (342) newly married women. The scales were: critical thinking skills (Jabr, 2018), self-disclosure (Jorrard, 1971), translated and modified by Jaradat (1995), and marital harmony (Al-Haythami, 2018). The study results showed that the newly married women in the city of Abha have a high level of critical thinking skills and marital harmony, while their level of self-disclosure was medium. The results also revealed that newly married women had a high level of critical thinking skills and marital harmony, whereas they had a medium level of self-disclosure skills. There were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample regarding critical thinking skills and marital harmony attributed to education, while there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores regarding the self-disclosure scale attributed to education. It was also possible to predict marital harmonythrough self-disclosure and critical thinking skills among the participants. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
| Abstract (Arabic): | هدف البحث إلى الت عرف على مستوى مهارات التفكير الناقد وكشف الذات والتوافق الزواجي لدى ا بمدينة أبها، والتحقق من وجود فروق ً املتزوجات حديث في مهارات التفكير الناقد وكشف الذات والتوافق الزواجي تعزى إلى متغير )املؤهل العلمي(، وكذلك التحقق من إمكانية التنبؤ بالتوافق الزواجي من خالل ً مهارات التفكير الناقد وكشف الذات لدى املتزوجات حديثا بمدينة أبها. وتم استخدام املنهـج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تكونت عينة البحث من )240 بق عليهن مقياس مهارات ُ ا بمدينةأبها، ط ً ( سيدةمتزوجة حديث التفكير الناقد، من إعداد جبر )0202(، ومقياس كشف الذات، لجورارد )0790( وتعريب وتعديل جرادات )0775(، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي من إعداد الهيثمي )0202(، وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن املتزوجات ً حديثا في مدينة أبها يتمتعن بمستوى مرتفع من مهارات التفكيرالناقد والتوافق الزواجي، بينما كان مستوى كشف الذات لديهن ا، وقد كشفت نتائج البحث عن وجو ً متوسط د ا بين متوسطات ً فروق دالة إحصائي عزى الختالف املؤهل ُ استجابات عينة البحث على مقياس )مهارات التفكير الناقد، التوافق الزواجي( ت ا ملتغير املؤهل ً ا بين املتوسطات على مقياس كشف الذات تبع ً العلمي، بينما لم توجد فروق دالة إحصائي نت النتائج إمكانية التنبؤ بالتوافق الزواجي من خالل كشف الذات ومهارات التفكير الناقد العلمي، كما بي ا بمدينةأبها.
