Abstract: The article provides information on the Malmö Konsthall, a purpose-built contemporary art space in Sweden. The author describes three exhibitions he have seen in the Malmö Konsthall. Based on the article, Klas Anshelm's design for the gallery is said to have been inspired in part by a bus garage. It describes interior and exterior of the building. Most of the buildings designed by Anshelm are located in and around the town of Lund, in southern Sweden. He stuck to the design principles of the 1940s and the majority of his buildings are large brick structures that repeat more or less the same formula.
