Abstract: Thus, to find all the Judaica exhibitions that were hosted by the Israel Museum, one should locate first Israel, then Jerusalem, and then the Israel Museum - which, in this case, is one of 36 venues in the city that had Judaica exhibitions. These thorough listings allow one to discover, for example, that the ultimate Ashkenazi objets d'art of the Havdalah ceremony, namely the Besamim or spice boxes, were featured in 432 exhibitions mounted in many countries, in 18 of which they were the principal items of the exhibition.
