| Abstract: | The article presents updates related to the Architecture, Cataloging and Indexing Systems (CISSIG) of the Art Libraries Society of North America in 1986. A report from Nancy Norris, moderator and a monographic cataloger, on three programs sponsored by CISSIG was presented including the evaluation of user needs into online catalogs. Moreover, Sherman Clarke questioned the cataloging of Arenberg, a section of Koblenz, West Germany, by the Library of Congress (LC). A letter was addressed by Daniel Starr to LC about the heading photography. |
