Description
Summary:A retired professor and her wife invite a former student to stay with them for the summer. The student is grateful for the invitation and thrilled about the professor arranging an internship with the city manager. When the professor asks the student if he is vaccinated for COVID-19, the answer is "No." The professor and her wife must review their invitation as well as the city manager's offer of the internship. They discuss the issues of vaccine hesitancy and herd immunity, and the reasons people give in refusing vaccination. Both conclude there are health and moral consequences thrust upon them and the city manager as a result of the intern's decision. But what specifically should be done remains in question.
